Harvey Levenstein est professeur émérite d’histoire à l’université Mc Master dans l’Ontario. Il a publié trois livres consacrés à l’histoire de l’alimentation : Revolution at the Table: The Transformation of the American Diet, Paradox of Plenty: A Social History of Eating in Modern America et Fear of Food : A History of Why We Worry About What We Eat.
